In January 2024,

I started swimming regularly but soon developed pain in my left elbow.
By April, I was diagnosed with tennis elbow, and the only advice from my doctor was to rest for up to nine months.As I was renovating my house and taking care of my two-year-old, resting was not an option.

Through a mutual friend, I discovered James and the Motionline program. James explained that resting was outdated and that his course could speed up healing. I received the release balls and began the course at home.

Initially, I struggled with the exercises but soon got the hang of it.

After years of working as a barista and being under a lot of physical stress.

This resulted in me getting constant cramps and muscle strains in my body. Especially the areas that I've had issues in the past or I just haven't turned a lot of attention to.

Because my profession requires me to be able to work long hours with my body this constant pain, stress and tiredness had to be dealt with.

When I heard about the course I was quite skeptical because I wasn't sure you are able to teach someone over the video program. As I saw James's content online (instagram), I was really eager to give it a go.

After the first meetup with James I was handed a really well guided manual to start incorporating little by little, day by day new exercises that would help to relieve the tension in my body.

I really loved how he was able to put together a specific training program just for me with the information that I had given him before. It didn't take long before I was waiting to advance with the program just so I could try out new exercise.

All the videos that James shared with me for my program were really well explained and put together.
We did take a little bit more of a deep dive into not only shoulder mobility but also for the lower back and neck releases. As a person who has been struggling with a back pain since I was 19 years old (now 28) these release exercises took my daily pain from 9/10 to 5/10.
I know now that if I'm having slight unpleasant tension anywhere there is a exercises that will help me get rid of it!

I'm able to continue working in my industry that i'm extremely passionate about and I've learned to listen to my body to cater better to its needs.

Your body's teamwork

The body's myofascial structures are highly interconnected .Imagine your body as one big team, where every part is connected with a special kind of rope called "fascia." Now, if one part of the team is in trouble, like your elbow hurting, it might actually be because of a problem somewhere else in the team, like your neck or shoulder. So, when we treat pain, we look at the whole team, not just the one hurting part, to make sure everything is working together nicely. This helps get to the bottom of the pain and stops it from coming back.

From neck to elbow: The journey of muscle stress

Tension in the neck and shoulders doesn't stay isolated—it follows specific pathways, or "lines," down to areas like your elbow, often leading to pain. These "lines," such as the Superficial Back Arm Line (SBAL) and Deep Back Arm Line (DBAL), link your upper body together from your neck and shoulders right down to your hands and fingers. When there's tension or misalignment up top, it can directly affect your elbow, contributing to issues like tennis or golfer's elbow.Understanding this connection is key to treating elbow pain effectively. It's not just about focusing on the elbow itself but addressing the whole network of lines that connect your neck, shoulders, and arms. What are the physical benefits of using these two tools?

- Applying pressure with the ball can improve blood flow to the targeted area. Increased circulation brings fresh oxygen and nutrients to the muscles, which can aid in recovery and reduce soreness.

Regular use of a lacrosse ball for self-massage can help loosen tight muscles and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). This, in turn, can improve flexibility and range of motion.

 - It can also significantly reduce stress and tension in the body. The pressure applied to the muscles can help release endorphins, the body's natural painkillers, promoting relaxation and a sense of well-being.

Tight muscles can pull your body out of alignment, leading to poor posture. Regular self-massage with a lacrosse ball can help release tightness in muscles like the chest, shoulders, and more, which are often affected by prolonged sitting.

Do I need to stop any activities that I have ?

No, you do not need to, it is more a matter of repetition and intensity, that we will discuss in the one on one.

How long will it take to be fully recovered

It always depends how long you have been in this situation (tennis, golfer elbow | chronic neck and shoulder pain) , usually you get good results and relief within 2 to 3 weeks. Then we will together build up a routine to go towards a painfree life.

I am sceptical about the method, what if it does not work ?

I totally understand that point of view, that is why I want anyone who is enrolling the course to know that if after going through the course there is no result within 30 days, you get your money back. I am not interested in selling something for the sack of making a living.

How does it work ?

Those are the steps:
