I started swimming regularly but soon developed pain in my left elbow.
By April, I was diagnosed with tennis elbow, and the only advice from my doctor was to rest for up to nine months.As I was renovating my house and taking care of my two-year-old, resting was not an option.
Through a mutual friend, I discovered James and the Motionline program. James explained that resting was outdated and that his course could speed up healing. I received the release balls and began the course at home.
Initially, I struggled with the exercises but soon got the hang of it.

This resulted in me getting constant cramps and muscle strains in my body. Especially the areas that I've had issues in the past or I just haven't turned a lot of attention to.

We did take a little bit more of a deep dive into not only shoulder mobility but also for the lower back and neck releases. As a person who has been struggling with a back pain since I was 19 years old (now 28) these release exercises took my daily pain from 9/10 to 5/10.
I know now that if I'm having slight unpleasant tension anywhere there is a exercises that will help me get rid of it!
I'm able to continue working in my industry that i'm extremely passionate about and I've learned to listen to my body to cater better to its needs.
